These Terms govern your use of the ScrollMosaic website, builder, checkout, and related services.
1. Operator
ScrollMosaic is a brand operated by TeezyPeasy LLC, a Pennsylvania limited liability company. References to 'ScrollMosaic,' 'we,' 'our,' or 'us' refer to TeezyPeasy LLC acting through the ScrollMosaic brand.
2. Eligibility
You must be legally capable of entering into a binding purchase agreement. If you use the Site on behalf of another person or organization, you represent that you have authority to do so. The purchasing service is intended for adults; minors may use it only with appropriate parent or guardian involvement where permitted.
3. Site and Builder Use
You may use the Site only for lawful purposes. You may not interfere with the Site, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, scrape or exploit the Site in a manner that harms the service, or use it to violate another person's rights.
4. Saved Sessions and Collections
Some functionality may be available without a permanent account. We may use a design ID, session ID, email address, cookie, or similar mechanism to save an in-progress design or collection. Saving functionality is provided for convenience and is not guaranteed indefinitely.
5. Product Information and Pricing
We try to present product descriptions, images, availability, and pricing accurately. Applicable taxes, shipping, and other disclosed charges are shown as part of checkout. We may correct errors before accepting or fulfilling an order to the extent permitted by law.
6. Orders and Payment
By placing an order, you authorize payment of the total displayed at checkout. Payments may be processed by Stripe or another disclosed payment provider. An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order but does not prevent cancellation for payment failure, suspected fraud, technical or pricing error, prohibited content, inability to manufacture, or another legitimate legal or business reason. If we cancel a paid order before fulfillment, we will provide the applicable refund.
7. Personalized Orders
Personalized ScrollMosaic orders are also governed by the ScrollMosaic Customer Agreement, including the rules concerning submitted images, design approval, quality warnings, custom-product cancellation, production variation, and remedies.
8. Customer Content
You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant TeezyPeasy LLC only the limited rights reasonably necessary to operate the Site, save a design where applicable, produce and fulfill your order, provide customer service, and make an authorized replacement or remake. Public or promotional use requires separate permission.
9. ScrollMosaic Intellectual Property
The ScrollMosaic name, branding, Site design, software, graphics, product presentation, text, and other materials owned by TeezyPeasy LLC or its licensors are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may not commercially copy, reproduce, scrape, reverse engineer, resell, or redistribute proprietary Site materials without authorization.
10. Third-Party Services
The Site may rely on third-party providers for hosting, payments, analytics, communications, security, shipping, or fulfillment. Those providers may have their own terms and privacy practices.
11. Shipping
Production and delivery estimates are not guarantees unless expressly stated. If fulfillment is delayed, we will provide notices, revised timing, cancellation opportunities, or refunds as required by applicable law.
12. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations
Returns, remakes, refunds, and cancellations are governed by the ScrollMosaic Returns / Refund / Cancellation Policy and, for personalized orders, the Customer Agreement.
13. Site Availability
We may change, update, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Site or builder when reasonably necessary. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, TeezyPeasy LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising solely from use of the Site. Nothing in these Terms limits liability, warranties, remedies, or consumer protections that cannot legally be limited.
15. Unauthorized Submissions
To the extent permitted by law, you are responsible for claims arising from content you submit without the rights or permissions required by these Terms or the Customer Agreement. This does not make you responsible for our own negligence, misconduct, or unauthorized use.
16. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms prospectively. The effective date and version identify the current published terms. The version in effect when you place an order will govern that order unless applicable law requires otherwise.
17. Governing Law and Venue
These Terms are governed by Pennsylvania law where permitted, without overriding mandatory consumer protections that apply based on a customer's location. Any forum or venue requirement is subject to applicable law.
18. Severability
If a provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain effective to the extent permitted by law.
