Customer Agreement

By checking the required Customer Agreement box and submitting an order, you agree to this Agreement.
1. Business Identity
ScrollMosaic is a consumer brand operated by TeezyPeasy LLC, a Pennsylvania limited liability company. TeezyPeasy LLC is the seller of record and is responsible for order fulfillment, customer service, returns, refunds, and other obligations associated with purchases through this website.
2. Your Photos and Content
You represent that you own the photographs and other content you submit, or that you have the rights and permissions reasonably necessary to have that content reproduced as part of your order. You must not submit unlawful content or content that knowingly infringes another person's copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other rights.
You retain ownership of your photographs and other customer-provided content. Submitting content does not transfer ownership to ScrollMosaic or TeezyPeasy LLC.
You grant TeezyPeasy LLC a limited, non-exclusive license to receive, store, crop, resize, reposition, render, reproduce, print, manufacture, package, ship, document, support, replace, or remake your submitted content only as reasonably necessary to provide and fulfill your order and related customer service.
3. Photos of Other People and Minors
If submitted content depicts another person, including a minor, you are responsible for having the rights or permissions reasonably necessary to submit and reproduce that image for your order. Purchasing a ScrollMosaic product does not give us independent permission to use an identifiable person's image for marketing.
4. Image Processing
We may use automated image-processing tools to generate previews, evaluate image quality or resolution, identify possible crop or edge issues, and assist with positioning or production preparation. These tools are used to support the design and fulfillment process.
5. Final Design Approval
Before checkout, you are responsible for reviewing the photographs included, crop and positioning, zoom or rotation if available, sequence, duplicates, arrangement, quantity, orientation, display selection, personalization, and final preview.
By submitting the order after reviewing the final preview, you approve the design shown and authorize us to manufacture from that approved design. Approval does not waive claims arising from a manufacturing defect or a product that materially differs from the approved design because of our error.
6. Photo-Safety and Quality Warnings
The builder may warn about low resolution, extreme enlargement, subject placement, important details near an edge, insufficient image coverage, or another crop or quality concern. If you proceed after reviewing a warning, you accept the disclosed risk associated with that image or design choice. A remake or refund is generally not available for an issue caused solely by a customer-approved crop, customer-supplied low-quality image, or warning the customer chose to override, unless the finished product was also manufactured incorrectly.
7. Production Variations
Digital screens and printed products reproduce color differently. Minor differences in color, brightness, contrast, sharpness, trimming, alignment, placement, or finish may occur. Reasonable manufacturing variation is not considered a defect. We remain responsible for material production errors that cause the finished product to differ materially from the design you approved.
8. Large Mosaics and Displays
Physical arrangements shown on the website are illustrative unless a specific display or mounting product is expressly included in your order. Individual magnets may be rearranged after delivery. The appearance and magnetic holding strength of an installation may depend on the customer's receiving surface and arrangement.
9. Payment Authorization
By submitting an order, you authorize TeezyPeasy LLC and its payment processor to charge your selected payment method for the total amount displayed at checkout, including applicable product charges, shipping charges, taxes, and other disclosed charges. Payments may be processed by Stripe and its payment partners. Purchases are one-time transactions unless a recurring service is expressly identified and separately authorized at checkout.
10. Shipping and Delays
Estimated production and delivery times are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise. Production or 'ships in' estimates refer to the expected time before the completed product is tendered to the carrier. Carrier delivery estimates are separate.
If we are unable to ship within the timeframe represented at purchase or within another period required by applicable law, we will provide any notice, revised timing, cancellation option, or refund required by applicable law.
11. Cancellations
You may request cancellation before production begins. We will make reasonable efforts to stop the order, but cancellation is not guaranteed. Once customization or production has begun, the order ordinarily cannot be changed or cancelled for a change of mind because it is being manufactured specifically for you.
12. Damaged, Defective, Incorrect, or Misproduced Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, contains the wrong item, or was materially manufactured differently from the design you approved because of our error, contact us promptly at support@scrollmosaic.com. We may request reasonable photographs or order information to evaluate the issue. For a confirmed eligible problem, we will provide an appropriate remedy, which may include a replacement, remake, or refund.
13. Marketing and Publicity Permission
Buying a ScrollMosaic product does not give ScrollMosaic or TeezyPeasy LLC permission to use your photographs, likeness, personalized product, testimonial, or social content in advertising, social media, promotional materials, public galleries, or other marketing.
Any such permission must be requested separately and may be declined without affecting your purchase. Marketing communications consent is also separate from this Agreement and is optional.
14. ScrollMosaic Intellectual Property
ScrollMosaic's name, logo, website, software interface, proprietary layouts, product photography, written content, brand materials, and original graphics are owned by TeezyPeasy LLC or applicable licensors. Purchasing a product does not transfer commercial reproduction rights in those materials.
15. Future Additions
Future purchases that add magnets to an existing collection are separate customer-authorized purchases. They are not automatic charges, subscriptions, or auto-renewals unless a recurring service is expressly offered and separately authorized.
16. Other Policies
This Agreement works together with the ScrollMosaic Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, and Returns / Refund / Cancellation Policy. If there is a direct conflict concerning a personalized order, the more specific order or product term controls to the extent permitted by law.
17. Non-Waivable Rights
Nothing in this Agreement excludes or limits any consumer right, warranty, remedy, or protection that cannot legally be waived or restricted.
18. Agreement Record
We may retain records showing that you accepted this Agreement, the Agreement version (1.0), the date and time of acceptance, the related order or design identifier, approved design state, and other information reasonably necessary to document the transaction.
19. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by applicable United States law and, where permitted, Pennsylvania law applicable to TeezyPeasy LLC. This choice of law does not deprive a customer of mandatory consumer protections that cannot lawfully be waived.
