This Privacy Policy explains how TeezyPeasy LLC, operating the ScrollMosaic brand, collects, uses, retains, and shares information in connection with the ScrollMosaic website, builder, purchases, and customer service.

1. Information We Collect

Depending on how you use ScrollMosaic, we may collect your name, email address, shipping and billing information, phone number if provided, photographs and other uploaded content, personalization details, customer-support communications, marketing preferences, order information, and design information such as design/session IDs, selected photographs, crops, image transformations, sequence, layout, product selections, arrangement preferences, warnings or overrides, and production files.

Our Site and service providers may also collect technical information such as IP address, browser or device type, Site activity, referring-page information, cookies or similar technologies, checkout/session activity, and information used for security, analytics, fraud prevention, or troubleshooting.

2. How We Use Information

We may use information to operate the Site and mosaic builder; save and restore designs or collections; process photographs; create previews; manufacture and fulfill products; process payments; ship orders; provide customer support; investigate quality problems; make authorized replacements or remakes; prevent fraud or abuse; maintain business, accounting, and tax records; comply with legal obligations; analyze and improve the service; and send marketing communications when you have separately consented where consent is required.

3. Photographs and Ownership

You retain ownership of photographs and other customer-provided content. Uploading content does not transfer ownership to ScrollMosaic or TeezyPeasy LLC. We use submitted content only as reasonably necessary to provide the service, save a design or collection where applicable, produce and fulfill the order, support the customer, document the approved design, or make an authorized replacement or remake, unless you separately give us permission for another use.

4. Marketing Use of Customer Photos

A purchase does not give us permission to use customer photographs, likenesses, personalized mosaics, testimonials, installation photos, or social content publicly for advertising or marketing. If we want to use such material for marketing, we will request separate voluntary permission. Declining that request will not affect your purchase.

5. Payment Information

Payments may be processed by a third-party payment processor such as Stripe. The processor may collect payment-card, billing, fraud-prevention, and transaction information according to its own privacy practices. We may receive payment status, transaction identifiers, limited payment details, and other information needed to process and reconcile orders.

6. Service Providers

We may share information with service providers that help us operate the business, such as hosting and storage providers, payment processors, analytics or security providers, communications providers, shipping carriers, and vendors involved in production or fulfillment. Those providers process information subject to their applicable agreements, privacy practices, and legal obligations.

7. Marketing Communications

Marketing consent is separate from the Customer Agreement and is optional. Where offered, the marketing option should be voluntary and unchecked by default. You may unsubscribe from promotional emails using the unsubscribe mechanism provided. Transactional communications relating to an order, payment, shipment, security, or customer-service matter are not marketing communications.

8. Data Retention

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary for order fulfillment, customer service, authorized remakes, fraud prevention, legal and accounting obligations, dispute handling, and operation of saved collections or design sessions.

Because ScrollMosaic may allow customers to return to or add to a saved collection, original images, approved crops, design settings, collection information, and related identifiers may be retained while that feature or customer relationship remains active. Retention periods may differ by data type and legal requirement.

9. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures intended to protect personal information. No method of transmission or electronic storage is completely secure, and absolute security cannot be guaranteed.

10. Cookies and Similar Technologies

The Site and its service providers may use cookies, local storage, pixels, or similar technologies for essential functionality, preferences, analytics, security, fraud prevention, and, if enabled, advertising or measurement. Available choices depend on the technologies actually used and applicable law.

11. Children and Minors

ScrollMosaic is a general-audience shopping service and is not directed to children who cannot legally consent to use it. A parent or other authorized adult may order a product containing a child's photograph when the adult has the rights or permissions reasonably necessary to submit and reproduce the image.

12. Privacy Rights and Requests

Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, or other treatment of personal information. You may also withdraw marketing consent or unsubscribe from promotional communications. To submit a request, contact privacy@scrollmosaic.com. We may need to verify the request, and some information may need to be retained for legal, fraud-prevention, accounting, dispute, or contractual reasons.
